About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, driven Marketing Specialist on a casual basis (15 – 25 hours p/w) to help us power the marketing engine behind The Optimisers. If you love digital marketing and are genuinely excited about where AI automation is taking the industry — this is right for you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with planned marketing activities
- Manage website content — always optimised, on-brand, and performing
- Coordinate targeted industry and client events end-to-end
- Build and send EDMs in collaboration with the in-house creative team
- Keep social platforms active, consistent, and true to brand voice
- Lead award entry submissions and support Google Ads campaign delivery
- Bring fresh ideas — initiative is highly valued here
What You’ll Bring
Skills & Experience
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, META and Canva
- Confident managing and updating websites — CMS experience essential
- Experience coordinating events, both virtual and in-person
- Pipedrive or similar CRM experience preferred
- Curiosity or hands-on experience with AI automation tools
- Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Agency background a bonus
